Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the details of your order. Payment card data is entered on the checkout page of our reseller and is never stored on our servers.

When you load a page, our hosting and security providers record technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, HTTP status, amount of data transferred, referring website, browser, operating system, and language. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults.

- VTurb — video hosting and playback measurement, used for the same purpose as Vidalytics on the pages that run a VTurb player. We do not run advertising pixels, analytics tags, or session recording on these pages today. If we add one later, it will be named in this policy before it goes live.

4. Why we use it

We process your information to perform the contract you enter into when you order, to answer your questions, to keep the site secure and working, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — where you have asked for it — to send you email about our products.
